“ Great people and casual atmosphere. The prego em pão and Francesinha are out of this world. I've had steak in hundreds of restaurants in dozens of cities in the US and this is the best I've ever had, perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. Don't forget to order batatas, they are the absolute best in porto! Note; cash only, so stop by the atm on the way there. You will regret not going! ”
“ The food is great! Absolutely amazing We tried the rissol, francesinha and prego. All very tasty and balanced. Very surprising by the quality The only think that was worse, was the service. Very slow, however we came in at 3pm and there was only 1 person serving tables. Not bad service, just slow ”
“ Of course, when you are in Porto, you just have to taste also the famous francesinha! This place was the closest to our apartment, so we went in blindly, at 10PM, to try to get some. This place is everything you imagine if you say "Portuguese taverna" - football on the TV, loud chatting, chaos, food and plenty of people everywhere, even this late in the evening. But the main point is, it was welcoming and chill - with really great francesinha! It's not possible to eat in one sitting, at least for me - it's insane amount of calories, but it's so good! 15EUR is probably a bit too much, but considering how much stuff is in it (with medium rare steak!) and that you will probably have it just few times in a lifetime - it was worth it. If you look for good authentic place to taste this lil bad boy, Miranda's should be definitely on your list. ”
“ "Damn good" place this was, Mrs. Miranda (not sure if it was really her or if it actually is named after her, hehe ) was really cool managing all the orders and managing everything around the food pretty well indeed, them Francesinhas were epic! You gotta try it. ”
“ The best francesinha in town :) It is a cozy place, food quality is very good. Depending on the time, the food may take long. Last time, i arrived to the restaurant at 20h and i waited 1 hour to eat. Take this into consideration and go a little earlier before it gets too busy. Other than that, everything is cool ”
